INTERNET RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your bra(s).

We want to ensure your shopping experience at sportsbras.ca is as effortless as possible. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry! You have the option to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.


To make the process easy, please follow these steps:

  • We're sticklers for hygiene. We've gotta keep things fresh! Ensure the item is in its original packaging with tags on and in perfect, unused condition.
    So no refunds or returns for used bras, and sorry, we won't be sending those back to you either!
  • To initiate a return or exchange, fill out the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM provided below.
  • Pack the bra(s) you wish to return or exchange along with the original online order form.
  • Send your package to: 52 Carrington Way NW, Calgary, AB, T3P 0Z1, Canada.
  • Once we receive your items, we'll promptly process your request.


Please note that while we cover the shipping cost for your new exchange bra to be sent to you free of charge on your first exchange. We aim to make the return and exchange process as convenient as possible for you.

If you're not sure about the right bra, or size of bra you should exchange for you can book a video fitting with our bra expert.

Damaged or Missing Products 

If your item is damaged upon delivery please contact us for a replacement.
For items missing during shipment, please contact 
Canada Post and provide them with your tracking ID so they can locate the missing shipment.
